Welcome to the Physics Club at University of South Dakota.

The Physics Club is USD’s student organization with many activities and programs designed to enhance the extracurricular experience for both undergraduate and graduate physics students.

Membership

Membership with the Physics Club is simple: you are already a member! Feel free to drop in and join our regular meetings for community and refreshments!

Events

Between event days such as Astronomy Day or Dark Matter Day, outreach activities for public engagement such as Telescopers!, we also sponsor guest speakers, hold social events, and even a physics fair and astronomy stargazing.

Telescopers! invites you to join us for Stargazing events!

The main goal of the Telescopers! is to host fun, interactive and informative skywatching and stargazing events for the public in and around Vermillion, South Dakota!
